The house looks great! I am not sure what the market is like in Idaho any more, but 116 seems really cheap! It's a beautiful home with plenty of perks. I'd be surprised if you keep it long. by the way if you went to a student ward or we went to a family ward we would have been in the same ward. weird we used to live on north hayes!
