Temple Date

Scott and I were able to take the boys to do Baptisms for the Dead this weekend. We went with some good friends and loved every minute. I am grateful I got to be with Beckett as he entered the temple for the first time. He said it was a great experience and he can't wait to go again. We went to Smittys after and Beckett and Brody got the largest German Pancakes I have ever seen. It was a great morning

Basement Update

The basement is coming along and we are so excited!

Middle School Basketball

Middle school basketball has come to an end. The boys played hard but lost against Madison in the first round of play offs. I am so proud of these kids. They had a great season and improved so much. Tayden has so much heart and hustle and is fun to watch play! He kept his starting position all year and was MVP a couple of times. More than that, I am proud of him off the court. He is kind to everyone and is a great example to me.

Kam and the Dogs

Kameron Snarr loves dogs, but he doesn't have one of his own. Luckily, he knows where to find one. I got home from school the other day and he was at my house waiting for me. He wanted to take the dogs for a walk! So, I changed my shoes and we headed out. It was fun to share the afternoon with Kam and my pups.

Kyle and Lizzy

Part of Beckett's plan to get a snake was to sell his gecko, Lizzy, to Kyle. Ky was so excited to have his own land animal (his words, meaning not a fish). And he is doing a great job taking care of it.

Holding Midnight

Cache doesn't get his tarantula out very often. However, when Beckett got Doug, it made Cache want to hold his own pet. I didn't realize how big Midnight had gotten!  Even Tayden got in on the fun.

Meet Doug

Beckett has been asking for a snake for quite some time. Even though it wasn't exactly what we wanted, we decided we couldn't let Cache have a tarantula and not let Beckett get a snake. So, we told him to save all his money and he could buy one. The boy saved all his birthday money and babysitting money (he watches my sister's kids once a week) until he finally had enough. Meet Doug, Becketts corn snake. And look at that smile. It was totally worth it!

Sleeping with Sully

Sully is the biggest cuddle bug. Luna loves attention, but she doesn't always want to cuddle. Sully, on the other hand, the more cuddling the better. And we are more than happy to oblige.
