Oink Oink

Kyles's class performed a class play and he was one of the three pigs. He looked so cute playing his part. 

 

Egg Drop

Kyle participated in the third-grade egg drop this year. He did great! He built a great twirly bird to protect his egg and it worked like a charm. He was so excited and couldn't wait to tell, "all the doubters" that it had indeed survived. He was so proud of himself and so was I. 

 

Napping Buddies

I don't think I'll ever stop taking pictures of Scott napping with the dogs. It's just my favorite. 

 

Memorial Day

We took our trailer up to Ashton for the first time of the year over Memorial Day weekend. Within 10 minutes of pulling in, Tayden had caught a frog, turtle, and fish. Even though it was a cooler weekend,  we enjoyed ourselves and loved being back in the mountains. 

 

Reading Award

Cache was among a group of kids school-wide, recognized for their reading accomplishments. He worked hard this year and was so excited to get this award. I'm proud of my little reader. 

 

Soccer Player

 

As previously mentioned, Kyle played soccer again this season. He loved it! The weather was horrible and I didn't take any pictures of him playing during the games. Staying warm was hard enough without taking pictures! His coaches were amazing and did a fun little end-of-season banquet for the team. Kyle played goalie most of the season and got "the Guardian" award, which he loved. He can't wait to play again!

Soccer Supporters

Kyle played soccer this year and loved it. However, every single game he played was freezing and miserable to watch. The proof is in this picture.
