Hunt #1

Cache got to go on his first deer hunt with Scott and Tayden. They didn't have much luck, nor did they have a very good time. It was a frustrating day for everyone; things just didn't align. That's how hunting goes sometimes. Cache is going to give it another try and we're crossing our fingers that he has a better time. 

 

Small Dog, Big Bed

Luna might not sleep on her bed, but Tanner does. He spent all night on there the other day and it was just the cutest thing. 

 

Civil War

Scott and I took the boys to the Civil War. It's the game between Hillcrest and their biggest rival, Bonneville. It is so fun to be part of a community, where we know people and our kids are a part of it. Our boys quickly found friends and spent the evening running around and watching the game. It was so fun and a night I wanted to remember. I love living in Idaho Falls. 

 

Yellow Belt

Cache had another belt promotion and is now a yellow belt. For the ceremony, the kids got to pick a partner to work with. Cache chose Tayden and I can not even tell you happy my heart was watching him show his big brother the ropes of Taekwondo. Tayden was such a trooper and I might even say he enjoyed himself.  Now, this boy is a yellow belt and well on his way to joining the advanced ranks of Taekwondo. 

 

Golfing with Grandpa

Scott took his dad and the boys golfing the other day.

Love that my boys get these kinds of memories. 

 

 

Marsh Mellow Tee

Beckett is forever thinking and problem-solving. He wanted to practice his kicking the other day, but didn't have anyone to hold his football. So he did some exploring in the garage and found a marsh mellow stick. With a little ingenuity, he made it into a kicking tee. He was so proud of himself. I love watching his brain work!

 

Grid Kid- Chapter Closed

Tayden had his last grid kid game on Saturday. I can't believe we are closing this chapter. Grid Kid football has been a major part of our lives for the last five years. Countless hours of practice, film, and games. We have loved this program and Tayden has been blessed to have some of the best coaches and teammates.
