Pumpkin carving

We finally carved our pumpkins tonight and boy oh boy was it fun. We four little boys, a knife kit, candles and fire, pumpkin guts to you elbows and only two adults-- it's an all hands on deck affair, so we only snapped a few pictures after everything was said and done.

The boys enjoyed it, though mom and dad did most the work. Cache did a good job licking the lids. Gross. Haha

A jack, a bat and hard to see spider.

Also, before I forget. Tayden had crazy hair day for school last week. We got pretty crazy.

October has been good to us, and it gets even better tomorrow when we welcome Uncle Matthew home from his mission in South Africa. The boys can't wait and to be honest, neither can I! Feeling blessed!
